This website is an independent guide and comparison site. We do not sell or operate tours. Every tour on this site is sold by Viator or GetYourGuide and run by an independent local operator. When you click a booking link you leave this site and book directly with that platform.

By booking, you agree to the terms of the platform you book on and of the tour operator.

Bookings and payment

Bookings are processed and confirmed by the platform you book on (Viator or GetYourGuide) and fulfilled by the tour operator.
Payment terms, vouchers and confirmations come from that platform. See Viator’s Terms of Use and GetYourGuide’s Terms & Conditions.
Prices, ratings and review counts on this site are the platforms’ figures on the date we checked them. The price shown at checkout is the one that applies.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation policies vary by tour and by platform. Each listing shows its own terms. Some tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start; others have longer cut-offs or no refund at all.

To cancel or change a booking: contact the platform you booked with, using the details in your confirmation email.

Tour operator responsibility

The tour operator, not this website, is responsible for running the tour safely and as described, for its guides, vehicles and boats, and for weather-related or flood-related changes. Floating markets sit on tidal canals and can be affected by high water; if conditions change, the operator may alter, reschedule or cancel a tour under its own policy.

Liability and disclaimer

We are not liable for tour quality, safety or the accuracy of operator descriptions, for injury, loss or damage during a tour, for changes made by operators, or for disputes between travellers and operators. We check the information on this site carefully, but opening days, boat prices and train times in Thailand change, and you should confirm anything critical before you travel.

Intellectual property

Tour descriptions, tour images and prices belong to the platforms and operators. All trademarks belong to their owners.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
