This website (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent guide to Bangkok’s floating markets. We earn a commission when you book a tour through our links to Viator or GetYourGuide, or a hotel through our Stay22 links. This page explains how we handle your personal data.

Important: where your booking data goes

Booking data (name, payment details, contact information) is collected and processed by the platform you book on, not by this website. When you book, you give your information directly to that platform under its own privacy policy:

This website collects minimal information:

  • Website analytics: anonymised data on how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, time on site and general location (city or country level).
  • Affiliate tracking: when you click a booking link, the platform records that the visit came from this site (a partner or campaign code in the link, and the platform’s own cookie). This is how we are paid. It does not give us your name or payment details.
  • Email: if you write to us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.

We do not collect, store or process payment information, booking details, passport or ID numbers, or precise location data.
